Back to TopHow do I find out about lab or x-ray results?TEST RESULTS POLICY Lab and test results are processed as quickly as possible to get the results to our patients. This process can take up to 2 weeks, so please allow us 2 weeks to get the results to you. For normal test results we will mail a letter to the patient within 2 weeks. If there is a critical or urgent test result, we will call the patient immediately to give the results and any follow-up ordered by the physician. Abnormal labs, which aren't critical, but do require additional follow-up or explanation our advice nurses will call the patients within 2 weeks.
